The EU4Health funded EURO-KEP project started

This project will lay the foundations for a pan-European kidney exchange programme. It runs for 36 months and will leverage KEPsoft to provide the required software infrastructure. Led by the Organización Nacional de Trasplantes, it has a ambitious and multidisciplinary programme of work involving 17 participating countries, requiring input from directors of transplantation organisations, nephrologists, surgeons, immunologists, legal and ethical experts, computer scientists, mathematicians, and economists.

Converge Challenge Awards

The KEPsoft Collaborative CIC team were thrilled to be at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh last night for the Converge Final, in the presence of Scotland’s Deputy First Minister Kate Forbes.

 

The team were delighted to be Runners Up in ‘Create Change’ category and congratulate Jawahir Al-Mauly, Founder of Ujaama Spice on her well deserved win!  Congratulations to all the Converge winners and runners up!


Massive thanks to the whole Converge Team including Lissa Rocha Herron, Maisie Keogh, Richard Cormack Corrigan, Kathryn SlaterSheik Abdul Malik and Georgia Goodall for running a great programme and for their support.


The KEPsoft Team are also grateful for the outstanding support provided by the University of Glasgow, Innovation & Economic Development

KEPsoft Collaborative CIC has incorporated at Companies House with company number SC819857 and registered address 11 The Square, University Avenue, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G12 8QQ.  Directors are Melville Anderson, Vijay Luthra, David Manlove and William Pettersson.

This project aims to design new algorithms for UK and international kidney exchange. This is a collaborative project involving the University of Glasgow and Durham University and runs for 24 months.
